Will my paypal balance stay there if I did not withdraw within 7 days? (INDIA)

i am having twenty plus dollars in my paypal account ,last three years maybe recently i withdrawed ten dollars from mylot so total i have thrity plus. i have the balance as it is , i recently added the bank account. two days before i got amount of two dollars to paypal today i see it is 66 cents each , i dont knw what happend there is no intimation also for any changes. i do not knw whether i should withdraw the money to my bank account or shall i wait.there is a fees of fifty , its hard with the new regulations.

I am also having balance less than 10$ so i am not able to tell it clearly , may be i'll get the payment this week or next so i may tell confirmly to you then , but your account balance should be there until then !

I don't know if paypal apply different policies in India and Indonesia. So far I knew, Paypal allow us to save our money and no fees even for balance over $30. I had around $40 in my paypal account for more than two months but nothing was happen till I withdraw them on April 8, 2011. Currently, I have $10,54 in my paypal account. It has been four days ago (since June 16, 2011). I hope they won't apply that policy in my country.

Hi venkit, i don't have enough money in my paypal balance, i have keeping more than $10 and lest then $20 in paypal without withdrawing since last two month, my balance is still there. I don't know today, i will check their rule, i hope everything will ok.

Hi, I have just mailed to paypal before 4/5 days asking them to clearly giving idea about their paypal india policy.They have replied me mentioning that they are working on system to transfer automatically any balance in your a/c to your bank.Till then they are advising not keep any balance. I have also checked by going to withdraw link,still there is minimum $10.
