glad with customer CARE representative

I am a really impatient and very rude person. LOL. Well, give me a break, hehe well I really want prompt actions to my needs, so if ever I call a hotline or customer care I want to be attended to ASAP. Well just today, I am trying to withdraw my earnings into my bank account. And as a NON-US earner I have to verify some things for them not to be penalized by the government for not withholding from my earnings. So I did. Once done, I clicked on the withdrawal icon, and I want to use the feature that allows withdrawal directly to my bank account. I can't find the option. I am starting to get irritated, and I saw the "live chat" button for customer support. I frantically clicked it, and I was in queue as the agent is still engaged in another customer's query. It says "please wait" wow! Here I am agitated, irritated, impatient me. After around 10 minutes the agent was able to get at me and said "hi", well I immediately told her what I want to happen, what's the issue and all. And she gave me just the right thing to do. The conversation goes like just around 3 minutes and the problem is resolved. Wow, that was one great agent I got there. I am glad to have been attended to by her!

Hi chuyins, When I get some problems like my Paypal, my internet connection and even on my cellular phone I always call customer care hotline and ask for assistance.. I've talked to a lot of agents.. Some are just not good at speaking, not very good on assisting and some are rude.. But undeniable there are really good ones! Who can assist you every step of the way till you solve your problem like the one you just had.. am I right? I'm glad your problem is solve now!

Yeah, she's just fast. She knows the issue well and she's just the right person for the job. I've talked to a lot of agents before but they're not that good at what their doing, I even talked to a customer representative who doesn't even know their product. But this time, I had a great agent. Competent enough to help me out with my problem. Thanks edss.

In today's day and age it is really rare to have good customer service, so you have ever right to be happy with the customer service that you've received in this situation. I can't begin to tell you how many times I have been upset with customer service representatives, but I can tell you the last time that I was happy with one. It was last fall and my husband had a couple of checks stolen. The representatives from the bank called him to verify if he had written the check and did not cash it because he had not written the check that was in question.

Happy for you that you were satisfied. I almost had the same experience but with a globe agent. We have been a globe post paid subscribers for 6 years and we have like 4 lines under them. One phone number has ended it's subscription and yet we don't get a new phone reward but just rebates. But one agent in globe office gave us a number and she told us to tell that agent we want to terminate and globe might just negotiate and offer a phone. And guess what? Globe is going to give a new iPhone 4 for free just for being loyal and not terminating the line! She's one kind agent and so unlike smart telecom! At that same day we went to smart as one line is about to end on July but guess what the agent said? Sorry but we can only give whatever is there on the list. So it's gonna be bye bye for one smart post paid plan. I'll terminate my plan too by the end of my subscription. Gonna stick with globe.

Lucky you! I've only had bad experiences with local customer care representatives. And I always wish I'd never speak to them. :/
