Here in Canada Hockey is a staple at this time of year, as a Vancouverite, I am tickled pink that the Vancouver Canucks are a part of the final. Boston and Vancouver are evenly matched, both teams have stellar goal tending, so this will be a series worth watching! Are you?
I am... (Go Canucks) my pick obviously is the home team, my prediction - Vancouver in 6 games. (fingers crossed) I would be interested in other Hockey fans predictions.

ahh? you haven't? lol... you should check it out, (I saw from your profile you are in the USA - there are 24 Teams in the US only 6 in Canada) Vancouver is currently playing the Boston Bruins, in a best of 7 series, for all of the marbles. next game is Saturday @ 5pm PDT. As far as I know it is Televised across the US. Its worth a look see if you like watching sports.

As a fellow Canadian, I can certainly relate to what you're saying. Hockey is pretty big up here. And as a Canadian myself, I definitely have to pick the Vancouver Canucks. My husband and I are both supporting the Canucks. We're hoping that they can bring the Cup back up to Canada. At least, that's what we're hoping.

Yay! It's nice to see we have some support back east! (they did a fluff thing on the news here stating that a lot of easterners are not supporting the Canucks) - must be they are trying to re start the east vs west feud. I too would love to see the cup back in Canada, but at the end of the day, its great to watch such great hockey and to have a Canadian team to root for is icing on the cake - that its Vancouver is the extra sprinkles for me! Makes up for the bad weather ( sort of ...)
