I am proud that i have lost weight since i started exercising at least an hour every other day and cutting my rice portion at night. But just yesterday, i craved for chocolate so i bought two big bars of Cadbury's at the grocery. I ate half last nightat home and half this morning at the office. i was guilty because my weight my increase again because of that. But would you believe as my office mate told me, that chocolates doesn't make one fat? If that is the case, then i shouldn't worry. Do you think so too Donee?

I am a chocolate lover as well; I can never get tired of eating chocolate. Even if I step on a scale and see how much weight I gain; I will turn to good friend, chocolate, to make me happy.

I can totally relate to this! I believe if your body is craving something, it's its natural way of screaming out that you're lacking something - be it a certain vitamin or whatever that's present in whatever you're craving. So go eat them chocolates! But in moderation of course. As the previous poster stated, try the dark ones as it is said to have more therapeutic qualities than the milk variety. You'll end up gobbling a whole family packet if you tried depriving yourself. So include them in your meals - like a handful in the morning. (disclaimer: of course not a good idea if you have uber large hands: use a measuring cup instead).

try including it in your breakfast so you have something to look forward to after you force yourself out of bad. such as a chocolate slim fast, or a nutella toast type thing.

substitute milk chocolate for dark chocolate. not only does dark chocolate have less calories, its better for you.
