Which most are much close to you, Family? or Friends?

We all know that family is the most priority ever than others. If we are talking about family, we always give much our attention because blatantly, they are the most essential, precious and gift of God. Without our family we are not here. But I will tell you, they are the most valuable and important to me. I love all the members of my family but I'm not so close with them, if I'll going to rate it, I think its just 75% of our closeness, not able to meet the 100%. Nevertheless, I can feel their love, care and support to me. In everything I do, they will just gave their support. With regards to my friends, I am very much close to them. I am able to express all my feelings and able to show what is my attitude and behavior actually. Why is it like that?, I cannot express to my parents what is on my side, my deepest feeling that I want to share but in my friends I did. So, you? which one is the most closest to you?. Any opinions out there if I would rather still go with it or there will be some other ways to come up much more good relationship and closeness. Thanks :)

we say family can not be replaced by anything/anyone in this world. Friends may come and go... but family no matter of the differences with regards to attitude, likes and dislikes.. still a family ;)

my closes family member is my grandmother.she is great but my mother and father is to strict.so the closes is my grandmother and my friend.

Family of course as you say should be recipients of our love. But the love one can have for a friend while also profound is different than that of our family members. I have a couple of friends that I know for over 40 years and I spend more time with them than I do with my family members. I call my brother two or three times a year while I call my close friend at least once per week. It does not mean that i love either one more than the other. Just differently.

a very difficult question to answer but i think both are close to me,yes there are some matters which cannot be discussed with our family but in the end they realise it and friends are life without them its almost impossible to enjoy the journey of life ,in my opinion both are vital.
