http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ErzxOz3Dzv8&feature=feedlik I have no words that are not angry. I will not let myself respond to this video with anger. So I will ask you to watch this video, then respond. May God have mercy on our leaders and on us for allowing them to bring us to this.

I just can not believe this. Questions also hit my head if this was real. Though everything can not be a makeshift. What made the govt. burn the Bibles? Was not there pretest? Why double standard? If thet burnt the Bible they should have burnt the holy Quran too. I am scared lest there breaks out a communal disruption. We have to wait and see the development of the reaction. After all whatsoever happened it happened to fuel the hatred between the Christian and Islam.

The video shows American government leaders and military defending the Quran and documents from our government that demand respect for the Quran. The video documents the burning of Bibles in Afghanistan by our military that were sent to the Army for the Afghani people. If they did not feel it was politically correct to hand them out, why not just return them? No, they threw them in the trash and burned them. Yet Gen. Petraus is seen on the video demanding respect for the 'Holy Quran' and documents are read that teach our military to handle the Quran with respect, even to the point of putting on gloves when they touch it. But that same army threw Bibles in the trash and burned them. What happened between Christianity and Islam? Islam declared jihad.

Yeah, that is what I saw there. You pointed out rightly that if not been dispatched bring them back why though them like rotten potatoes? Will any action be taken against the offenders? For me I can scold, beat, shoo off, put behind the bar but do not put any adverse comment nor show disrespect to other religions.

It is my government I am disgusted with. They ordered this, both sides of it. Our constitutions says very clearly that our government cannot favor one religion over another. They have done this. How do you take action against those in office? I wrote to my senator. That is all I can think to do.

It's not the first time Bibles have been burned. There were time when even those that had a Bible were burned along with their Bible. We have to remember who pulls the strings in the world. 1 John 5:19 Today's New International Version (TNIV) 19 We know that we are children of God, and that the whole world is under the control of the evil one.

Absolutely right! The end of the story and what comes after is more important than the beginning and the middle of the story. The story ends in revelation chapter 20 and the new story begins in Revelation chapters 21 1nd 22. Revelation 1:3 Today's New International Version (TNIV) 3 Blessed is the one who reads aloud the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear it and take to heart what is written in it, because the time is near.

That senator took the words right out of my mouth. It was what I was already thinking before looking at the video. And I told you this in another discussion. We are at war in the Middle East. But it is not a war like other wars. We are not trying to conqueer the Middle East. We are trying to liberate the Middle East from oppression, while at the same time, we are trying to convert those people to become our allied. And since those people are highly religious, you cannot afford to offend them by burning the Quran. Nor can you be seen trying to convert them to Christianity by distributing bibles. It is what we call "Diplomacy". Unfortunately, radical people don't understand the meaning of the word "Diplomacy". People like that would be quite happy to destroy 9 years of efforts in Afghanistan over a stupid book. Leaders would not have to make those statements if that idiot had not burn the Quran in order to make his own statement. And the idiot in the video is stirring the pot to rally people like you behind him. He has zero chance with me. I can see right through his little brain within 30 seconds of listening to him.

It is with great sorrow that I notice that you still don't understand, or don't want to understand because it better suit your purpose. It was America's decision to go to war. Nobody else. And it was George Bush. Not Obama. Nor was it Obama who created the financial crisis. He is doing his best to clean up the mess of the previous administration. And some people don't want him to succeed.

The issue of sending Bibles is not what is being discussed here. IF it was wrong to do so, the issue is why not send them back instead of burning them? Cannot afford to offend a highly religious person? I won't even let myself get started there. ok...I will! Our Director of Homeland Security, our past speaker of the house and President Obama himself and other ELECTED officials have offended Christians in this country publicaly and without regret. I do agree, the man wanting to burn the Quran was wrong. But I can understand his feelings without condoning his actions. We are at war. But we will not fight it. We TRY to use diplomacy and our enemy laughs at us for being weak. THAT is what this man is saying. But as a non American you cannot appreciate just what it is our Constitution gaurantees. The government is NOT allowed to prefer one religion over another what so ever!

In this video 0bama has revealed himself to be a Muslim... furthermore, he is actually qouting the Koran and preaching from it. There is no longer any wiggle room for his fanactical supporters to deny his Muslim heritage and beliefs... nor can hye no longer claim to be Christian, as he plainly shows himself to be Muslim. America is a Christian nation, and the Holy Bible is our source of God's truth, and not a book of Satanic Verses such as the unholy koran. If the Christains would rise in righteous anger at this blasphemey, then it would ed here as we swept all nonChristians from our lands... however that will not happen, because we respectall relifgions and cults, while getting none of the respect in return. Jehovah is not Allah, and their god is not the same as our God. Our leaders have condemned themselves by this action... and we as Christians must trust God for we know how this will end.

Destiny, Our nation at one time was a Christian nation. I am studying and I am seeing that little by little ungodly men...as far back as the 1800's have done the work of destroying that testimoney. There are so few left. Only God can win this battle. And those few need to fast and pray and humble themselves before Him. I am not as optimistic as I was earlier for the saving of America. God is just. He is true to His word. All through history we have seen His hand in the rise and the fall of great empires. YHWH the eternal I AM THAT I AM does not change.

I saw a comment on there that says it all, quoting the Bible: (Isaiah 5:20) "Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!" This politically correct crap, bending over backwards to hurt nobody's feelings or offend anyone for any reason is taking us to hell. We can't even, as a country, make a stand on anything we truly believe in for fear that it might offend someone. Burning Bibles but hold other holy books in reverence is insane. We'll be held accountable for our stupidity and sheep-like complacency.

It is not even political correctness anymore. They make no effort to hide the fact that they favor our enemies over American citizens. The prisoners who were in Gitmo were treated with kid gloves, literally. The Quran had to be handled with gloves by the guards on orders from the government. YET that same government thought nothing of burning Bibles as trash. That is discrimination. And it violates the establishment clause. And they don't even care to hide it!

I have emailed my senator on this. You can do so by googling contact elected officials. I urge all Americans who are serious about their Constitutional rights to do so. The establishment forbids the establishment of one religion. It forbids the protection of one religion over another. It is clear that our government is favoring Islam over Christianity by demanding protection of the Quran and then burning Bibles does just that.

I have a physical condition that keeps me from crying. I still get the feeling that comes with having tears well up, but they cannot release and it's a painful feeling. That's what this video did to me. I hurt, physically and emotionally. How have we allowed American to become what it was never designed to be? How have we allowed this to happen?

Kenzie, I truly don't know. I have a nephew who's son just returned from Afghanastan. My nephew also works in the DOJ as a lawyer. He's about as conservative as I am, and he says even though just about all the lawyers in the DOJ cannot stand what is happening there is nothing they can do without loosing their jobs. My nephew believes the birth certificate is forged. He's trained in looking at evidence and he said JUST what has been published is enough to prove the case...but NO ONE WILL DO IT. What the h3ll is going ON? I am so disgusted right now I cannot even think. sorry.

We turned the other way when evil reared its head instead of speaking out. We allowed the cares of this life to supercede that of the next. God promised us judgment and we felt it didn't apply to America.

WHAT THE FUCCCK? I just don't get how the American soldiers could do it? Burning their own holy-book? If that's real then this is the sickest thing I have ever seen in my life. What's it wrong there if somebody wants to read Bible or any other religious book in Afghanistan or any other Islamic nation? Aren't my Islamic friends reading Quran in other non-Islamic countries?

Trump never meant to run for president. He was used to have an excuse to foist off a forgery on the American people. Perhaps a man of true honor, character and intelligence will run, but I doubt it. America (leaders) have chosen the road. Now the people will have to walk it as we elected them.
