work in comunication field in Berlin

I'm 25 and come from Italy. I'd like to find a work in a Comunication Agency in Berlin. I speak english, spanish and italian. At the moment i'm attending a german course to improove this leanguage (level b2). I'm graduated in Communication and Media studies and my dream is to work in Public Relations and/or organize events.The best would be to find something where I can speak english because my german, beeing honest, it's not sufficient to work in this particular field...is it possible?
