ineffective and incompetent

Have you ever think and thought that you are ineffective and incompetent with what you are doing? Especially if your at work? What do you think distruct you?
Me i don't know for 2 years since both of my parents passed away I am still distructed. And now my work was affected. I know it was affected. And I hate it...

maybe you need a support group to talk it out. or, talk about it with friends or family.

Maybe. But i was once in a support group but it gives me a wrong impression after. What i expect is the oposite side. But hoping someday i'll meet a group that would look at not just one side but all sides of possibility.
