How to manage the time???

I am very busy i am working as a freelancer, and also running a shop,i can't give time to my family.
How to manage the time, i want to spend the time with family but can't because of the work.
At weekends my salesmans are not coming to the shop, so i give full day to the shop.
I am really tense.!!!
What you suggests?

My husband runs his own business as well and he does not have much time to spend at home with us. We try to schedule family outings on Sunday afternoons and the kids have a little bit of "daddy" time each evening usually only for about a half hour because he gets home so late.
He has started leaving the kids little surprise "notes" that they find in the mornings and they know he is thinking about them even though he isn't home.

I am single but i have my family my mother and brother.
i can't give them half an hour in a day.
Even my girlfriend is blaming me that i can't give her time and intentions, she is thinking that i am cheating her but its not like that i am busy in my work.
I don't understand that how to manage the time, how to schedule how i can make happy my family and also my girlfriend, everybody is claiming.........
Your husband can give you sometime of the evenings?

my father told me that there is no limit me money need, so be very practicle while making decision. Earn enough to lead a good life. You are earning for yourself and your familY , because you love them. So never let them down their expectations in all aspects, like money, care, good food, good home, the basic things and love are enough to lead a prosperous and happy life.

i tell you what i do with myself. First i check the priority between my work, money, and family. Then i calculate how much money is enough for me and my family. Then i think how much work is necessarY to earn that money. Then i get all my answers. I always try to be very practicle

Yeah your response is really good.
I really like your suggestion, i am taking this step because the first priority is the family, money and work is only need. We earns money to fulfill our needs.
I am now calculating this month how much are mine and my family's expanses.
Then i will calculate that how much work should i do to earn this amount.
From this procedure i can manage time for my family.
