How Do I Earn With MatesGate.Biz?

Hi friends, I just signed up with this new site called matesgate. The owner of the site asked me to join. It is an earning social network but I have not fully understood yet how it works. All I know is that you get points for logging in everyday, for approving friends and if you get approved with your friend request. There are 2 banners on the main page and you also get points by clicking on the banner. There is also a chat site and they said that one could earn money from chatting there as well. I don't know if you get points by uploading your blog articles or linking videos because one could upload all these. So is anyone a member of matesgate? How else could we earn points? If it is a point system what is the equivalent of a certain point to cash?
