Want to design a website. Help

my opinion is this depends on whether you are willing to give out a little. If you want to invest and purchase a domain and hosting(really cheap lately for beginners) then get a site that has C-Panel. As a programmer it took me a month to make a loginable website. My website is not complete yet(1 and a half month. I also do not know how you are presured for time. But making a simple website with cpanel(an hosting tool) will take less than a week. Then you use RVSite builder(in C Panel to make the website. and publishing is easy. You handle databases with a tool aswell which works with mySQL databases. The databases can then be updated using php code. This is my fastest and easiest answer.

It's not easy especially if you have to include database. Use dreamweaver to make your site (demo if you're against piracy) If you're prepared to give something in return i could help.

Well, if you have knowledge of HTLM, CSS, PHP and java script no problem about it. But if you don't have a little knowledge to those particular program. I don't think you can make it...

Try using netbeans. You can create web project in there and I assume you program java.
