My doctor had advised me to try eating whole garlic but I dislike the taste so much and I can't eat them raw or fired. Much more, I hate the smell in mouth and I get stomach upset. To compensate I used a lot of garlic in my cooking and this is how far I can go in using garlic for high blood pressure. I have normal blood pressure and I just use garlic for prevention.

Garlic helps in lowering blood pressure. But saying that it is CHIPS, means it is fried with so much oil. I suggest that we should limit the oil. And also, we must avoid salty foods because salt has sodium which attract water inside the body causing to increase in blood pressure. See your doctor for best assessment of your health condition and management on it. Notes from Jordan Dula. ^_^
