not eating these kind of foods is a healthy life style...

these are the following foods: 1. pork and pork products like bacon,ham and longganisa. 2. foods with preservatives. 3. Sea foods like crabs, shrimps,oysters, squids, etc. 4. Fish without fins and scales. 5. sugar 6. Vegetable shortening. 7. Distilled water. 8. Softdrinks maybe we will try and have a longer life span..

I don't agree with you completely. Though you have given some good choices. Ya, softdrinks, foods with preservation are not at all good for health. I would like to add one more thing to this list- 9. Beef. And what you told about pork is not right, pork is a very healthy food. You can search and get the nutrition value of pork.

i don't think beef should be in the list..beef is good for the body..but for me,maybe we don't need to research about the nutrition values of pork and beef, just try eating pork everyday and i will also try eating beef everyday,lets see whos having a healthy diet..;) that is why people are getting more disease, like cancer etc. because they don't know what to eat.
