IS there anyone of you who experience being judged by others without doing anything that may harm them? When i woke up this morning, I was so happy and have peace of mind and excited to work. I go to work then suddenly my co-worker shouted on me in front of so many people surrounding us for a reason that he thought it was my fault or misteke. I was shocked and can't react but my feeling is alredy flaring up. Then he still continue to scold me. I walk out and after several minutes I go back to the station shaking and punched him and told him to ask first or confirm things before saying anything. And go back to my house and and I didn't proceed to work that day.. Haaaaaaa.. What a bad and horrible day.

Well, I have been there a time or two with my job, and it can make you wonder and sometimes question what might really be going on in the other person's life as well. We used to have someone where I work who I thought was OK, just a little talkative at times. Until the one night he said something that upset me and then would not let it drop. I left the room for a bit after yelling at him, and was really at one time interested in leaving for the rest of the day as well. Luckily not too long after that he left the job for good.

Jeez..touchy! I understand it may have been irritating or maddening on your part to be accused of something that probably wasn't your fault. But instead of flaring up, you should have acted professionally and not stoop further down your co-worker's level by punching him. That way, people will regard you highly and your co-worker will end up in an unfavorable position. Anyway, that's done and over with. i just hope you don't get fired over that. Let this be a learning experience on your part. All of us go through disagreements at work. But we have to react with grace and not act impulsively and violently.
