Trying to plan some meals. Do you have any favorite recipes that taste great but require few ingredients and time to make? Looking for new recipes to make. It's amazing how tired I get of trying to decide what to eat and running out of ideas. Thanks

How about crisp or fishfinger sandwhiches? Not really dinner party stuff but they still fill a hole.

I am exactly the same way. When it comes around to dinner time I start dreading because I have no clue what to make and nothing sounds good. It is kind of funny because when I as little I use to always know what I wanted for dinner. The only reason I really knew what I wanted for dinner is because I knew it was not what my mom was cooking and I would tell her I can not wait to grow up and cook for my kids, because I will cook cool foods. Yeah I have no clue where that cool food went because it is lost in my memory forever. When I met my boyfriend his mom showed me a lot of stuff to do with chicken. I make this hot sauce ranch chicken. Take chicken and dice it in chunks. Get out a baking dish. In a bowl mix red hot's hot sauce and hidden valley ranch together. Mix it to your taste. Then poor it over the chicken and bake it all day or turn up the degree and bake it until chicken is done. Another quick thing you can make is Italian sausage in spaghetti sauce. Place your mild Italian sausages in casserole dish poor spaghetti sauce on top cook for hours.
