Hey men! checkout nba.com and browse for the headlines and news. The news have been out a couple of days ago. Mike Brown lands the job at Los Angeles. He top billed Brian Shaw and Rick Adelman for the job. A real surprise, I guess the Buss owner is trying to pull something out of their bag of tricks. Still, I hope Mike Brown can do a good job in steering the Lakers back to supremacy.

Amen to you AgentGulaman! Hopefully this is just a magic trick by the Buss' to back in the championship circle after the painful sweep this season. This is more interesting since the new laker coach is former coach by the so called king. So if Kobe manage to win a championship with him and lebron doesn't, oh well end of the argument of who's the greatest..hahaha! By the way I am a laker fan so don't hate me. peace!

Yeah! Mike Brown coaching Kobe Bryant and comparing Mike Brown coaching Lebron James will be another storyline for the NBA. I'm not necessarily a Laker fan but I'm a fan of Kobe. And besides, I'll take Kobe any time instead of having Lebron. I'm more of a Lebron hater! Haha!

I guess you missed the news when it was hot, Actually it was Mike Brown, formerly LeBron James coach in Cleveland that was tapped to be the new Lakers head coach. Everyone expects Brian Shaw to leave and move on to another team.

shattered Thanks pal. I just read the news last night at yahoo sports. I was very surprised to learn that it was Mike Brown, an erstwhile Cavalier mentor- Lebron's former team. Thank you guys for the info. Have a nice Day!

Well, there is an aura of anxiety in lakers land knowing that brown is at the helm. why do you think kobe is not saying anything to their new coach? Anyways, kobe is the real head coach in this lakers team, not phil, not rudy t and certainly not to a mike brown.

I can't believe they went with Mike Brown with all the great coaches that were available. I think the Lakers will fire Mike Brown after one season if it doesn't work out.
