Just buy it from rupee to paypal or Liberty reverse. You can find it around your local area, or from the internet just carefull if someone try to cheat you. I can help but it way to far from here and to difficult to transfer the money

Hello marinerpulak, My problem is the opposite of your problem : I don't want to keep money in LR, but when a site gets PayPal limited, it is often the only possibility offered to cash out. When I have one or two dollars in LR, I convert them. AlertPay had a list of authorized exchangers on the helpdesk, but it is no more available. I don't know if LR supports India, but LR offers a large list of exchangers available at http://www.libertyreserve.com/en/public/exchangers Personally I use exchangezone -- it seems that they are under a heavy DDoS attack today : they are making a promotional offer with 0% fees actually -- to exchange from LR to PayPal. PayPal does not authorize the exchange of its e-currency, but on this site you exchange with somebody else needing LR -- or having LR money and needing another e-currency --. The exchange is guaranteed by the site, which uses its LR account to do it : I send my LR money to the site, and when I get the PayPal money on my account from the other member, I authorize the site to transfer my LR funds to him. It has always worked fine for me, though it can take one or two weeks to find another member wanting to do an exchange for the amount you offer.

@marinerpulak, As pearloyster said, you can transfer AP to LR and vis-versa! I recommend contacting AP, I Believe I did receive an email from them on this regards! Of course, most exchanges charges! If after contact AP doesn't result then make a search from internet and importanty be careful!
