The Philippines right now already practicing annulment, legal separation and declaration of nullity but not divorce that made the Philippines one of the two countries in the world that has not legalized divorce. But recently the Divorce Bill became one of the hottest issue. So what is your point of view about this Bill? Well in my own opinion since I came from a broken family I agree that it's time for the Philippines to have it, I support Gabriela, the women's party list who want divorce to be legalize.. but I hope unlike annulment this divorce bill is much cheaper so that everyone can apply to it both rich and poor.

I don't agree in that so called divorce bill. According to the church, whatever God puts together let no man separate them. I believe that before entering into marriage you should be both sure of yourselves. If not, every problem has its solution. Man and woman should learn to value the essence of responsibility.

I totally disagree with this Bill. Simply because it is giving people an easy way out when in fact they can try and work things out. The moment you say "I do", You're intent is to be with this person for the rest of your earth life. If this bill will be implemented as a legal law, then every person who's gonna marry or is already married will always have the thought that if things don't work out, there's always an option for a way out which is divorce.

Since the majority of the population are catholics, I think many of us will disagree to this. Here in our country I could say that church is influential. When it comes to this matter, I would say that I am not in favor of divorce bill because we already have annulment and legal separation. I think it will cause separation of many families and I think married is a sacred thing that one must respect. Well, we all have different opinions regarding in this matter but I hope whatever may the outcome will be, it must be good for our country.
