I have a court battle again against my uncle who just don't die from his greediness. Anyway I won cases against him two times, Well he just go gave up. My lawyer original lawyer is currently handling another case. my old lwwyer from the past two cases help me win my inheritance that my uncle is trying to claim with his false documents that , I sold hectares of land to him.(I never sold him anything, we are not even close to begin with and we never had a conversation) mine you blow your socks, my uncle's new lawyer is so aggressive and she is eating my lawyer alive. I want to strangle him, if I lose this case I won two times I am so going to punch him. I really don't know why he became a lawyer to begin with. He stutters and blushes a lot while she is owning him.
I hate my uncle's lawyer too, seriously why is she defending that ugly hearted man who is trying to hurt his relatives. I can't stand her.
I think I hate lawyers now, I don't care if they were The defense Attorney or a prosecutor. I hate them all.I really need to take it out of my chest because it's giving me a lot of head ache in the last few days.

i am in the same dilemma myself as i'm dealing with my sister's lawyer for her annulment case and it's been dragging for 2 years now. the original lawyer had an operation and one of his colleagues in the firm took over. he's more words than he's worth.
but don't generalize all lawyers. not everyone is as bad as you think some of them are.
as aggressive as your uncle's lawyer is, it is just words against truth. they need aggression if they are well aware that the truth is not on their side.
goodluck! and relax. take a breather.

if intimidating as you said she was, then yes, it's a great possibility she got herself a hen-pecked husband.
relax. hope soon this will be over and you can put this nightmares behind you. i, myself, don't wish to step into courtrooms anymore and have private lives into the open. it is mentally and emotionally draining... true.

I never thought so mentally drained, and relief court battles and I hope I can win this case and this will be my last time to ever step in court. I should be saving my money instead of hiring a lawyer and to add insult to the injury I have a very weak lawyer this time around. He is kind of young and I think maybe he just graduated or something. My uncle's lawyer, she is much older than she has more experience making her really dangerous. But lawyers that everything is under control that I shall not panic he was a stuttering. I heard that uncle's lawyer is already married. I have a feeling her husband is under her skirt.

Lawyers...hmmn, most of them are either like your lawyer or your uncles lawyer...incompetent or competent...most of them don't care about the basic human morals, they have their own morals...to win their case...
There are few of them who are really just there to help, but they are 1 in a million...
We may hate them but we need them to win our battles at court, so if you don't like your lawyer, just replace him...you don't have to like your lawyer, but you do have to make sure he/she wins your case...
I really hope this turns out well for you in the end...and that your uncle get his just deserts....I just don't get it why people are so greedy!

You know what's worse, my uncle is a Pastor and he is very active in church yet he is so greedy that he successfully stole properties from his relatives. I'm the only one who is aggressive enough to fight back against him. I wish I can get through this. I don't consider hiring a new lawyer but the others are too expensive. This case is giving me à Lot of stress.I don't know but most lawyers seem to be lacking with morality. Some of them accuses innocent people while some of them The Defense guilty people.

Well, lawyers are always trying to find reason just to defend their client. And yes I maybe could say, lawyers are liars. Even not all but that the way how they defend their clients. Even if the know the truth, the can turn it into lie.. which means the truth can become a lie when the lawyer work on it.

I wish this is my last time to spend "Because I don't want to deal with lawyers ever again. I don't care if they were an attorney or a prosecutor or they just do notary and affidavits. I just don't want to deal with them again. Your presence makes me feels sick on my stomach

I believe lawyers are the same everywhere. Sorry if you hate me after this confession, Albert, but to be a nice boy to my parents I have done a PhD in laws. I never intended to be a lawyer, but I am authorized to go in court, and I do it times to times for associations when they have no money to pay a lawyer. What I can say by experience is that the lawyer in front of you looks really aggressive only when he has no valid arguments : here, he wants only to show to your uncle that he justifies his legal fees. Insulting the other side is not a legal argument. The only thing you have to check is to try to know if your lawyer and your uncle's lawyer are not in fact good friends : in this case only, change for another lawyer to not have a new trial against your uncle... and another one... and another one...

All prosecutors are public servants in my country : I am on the other side. I don't know anything to your laws, but you have to help your lawyer as much as you can. A good lawyer would never give to a judge a fake document. The question is : are these documents important enough to win or lose the trial -- your lawyer knows probably the answer -- ? Have you other documents on your side conflicting with her documents ?

Your situation reminded me of one of my favorite legal shows. It was produced in America and for me, it was very engaging and very unique because it offer a view of the law and justice system. Anyway, the episode also dealt with greed. The lawyer in question was cheated of his profits by his firm and he gave a very moving speech about the law, morality and everything else. You might relate on what he said. It's shame that there's no quite like it in my country.
Enough storytelling. I think many people think ill of lawyers and many lawyers also feel that majority of the people hate them. Lawyers only think of two things - making profits and finding loopholes to win a case. It's their job and sometimes, I really want to blame them. But I think you also understand that it is the lawyer's job to represent his/her client and protect the client's interest, no matter how shady the client is.
However, I while agree wholeheartedly on your uncle. Somebody never gave him the clue to give up. Doesn't he know how much it cost to go to court? or how bothersome it is? Good grief. I hope you win your case this time. Perhaps the third time will finally sink the truth in his head. Shame he didn't get it in the first place.

I really don't know why he wants to take over every command property owned by the whole family. He is already An aging senior citizen who is already retired. All of His children lives abroad. So what's the point of trying to get properties of his relatives. In case of my lawyer I don't now how did he pass the law school because I see fear in his face while the Lawyer lady is arguing with him. That lady she is making me nervous because she is really confident Compared with my excuse of a lawyer.

I'm really guessing here. I think your Uncle needs something to get busy with. I don't why he bothers the pit of out of you and your other relatives but I think he does not help with the whole family dynamics. Sure, not all family members are supposed to be kissing your bottom but I never a family member can be this annoying and frustrating. If I were in your shoes, change your lawyer. A person who is tough as nails to match your uncle's counsel. I know an excellent lawyer but he unfortunately, he is only a character in a legal drama-comedy series.
