I start comparing who will enjoy life when I have seen some of my friend got job retrenchment recently but they able to survive as self employee. And most of them say enjoying every moment of their daily life as a businessman compare than when they still working. We used to be appreciate and dream becomes employee in big company with offer job security and welfare, but now everything turning upside down. How about you? Do you think who's enjoying life most?

hi, of course the more enjoy the life most are those who are self employee because they dont have boss or no time should follow, because you are the boss if you own a business.but being an employee also a happy one in different terms, like double pay and those benefits of leave with pay.and even the outing because the expenses is in the company.,

There is more to life and happiness than employment. Our happiness is not truly determined by any outside factors, although it may seem that way sometimes.

Whatever gives you satisfaction you ought to take that up.Being an employee means a lot of work and job security.Self employed implies investing capital and taking risks. If one doesn't want to invest capital and take risk its better to be an employee.Though being an employee is no easy task.I am self employed.I feel both who are well settled are enjoying life. There is no question of one enjoying more or the other less.

Most would think that being self-employed here is better but it really depends. Being self-employed requires most of your time especially if your business is just starting. Yep, it has a chance to flourish but it could take you a long time for that. As opposed to being self-employed, being a regular employee has it's own benefits like you have your own schedule to follow, unlike being self-employed, which is kind of an on-call. You also have leaves as a regular employee. Yeah, you hold your own time as a boss but the thing here is you'll never know. There might be some accidents which requires you to attend so you don't really have full control over your time. If I'm going to choose, though, I'll choose being my own boss, because I like having to think things through, unlike being employed, which most often only requires you to move and not think too much. It's a practical choice to many but once you reach working under the same company for about a year, I don't think you would want to stay longer.

I think after graduating from school, you really have to get a job, be employed to have experiences and to apply whatever studies you took. But, after a while, you have to have your own business.Being a businessman or being self-employed is better than being employed even in those big companies. You can earn your one year's income in just a few months if you are self-employed. You just have to be serious about it. You can schedule your own time at your convenience, you are not tied with 8-5 work, with bosses and all. If you're self-employed you are your boss, and of course, diligence, resourcefulness, hard-work and commitment will take its toll.

I agree that it depends on what they are working on. But I think the self-employed enjoys their life the most because they can have their own time, no boss but their selves. You can work at home when you are self-employed and you're close to your family everyday. So I think self-employment has much more enjoyment. But again, it just also depends on what you're working on.

Happiness is a choice. It depends merely on the people, what they enjoy most really. It doesn't matter what you are doing or where you are, what matters most is how much you like what you are doing and you are happy with it.
