I couldn't do that even if I would very much like to , because I must not be late to work. It takes quite a while to get to the work place with all the traffic jam along the way. But yes, after a long stressful week, over the weekends, Saturdays and Sundays, I might stay on in bed till lunch time !

No i don't have that kind of habit, laying in bed when it's time to get up. Even if i don't have enough sleep from the past night,i still manages to get up and do my daily routine. It's a matter of self discipline i guess and a habit you need to break. Have a good day and welcome to mylot

yes. I have this problem and it is because I have sleep apnea, which is a disorder that makes you stop breathing and work hard snoring through the night, which makes you wake up feeling more exhausted when you wake up than when you went to bed. It also makes you feel extra cold because if you don't breathe properly you don't get enough blood flow and this makes you cold. On the 14th of this month, I go to a sleep study, and get will hopefully get a machine that will help with this. Maybe you should get tested for this too?

Yes, I sometimes have a the habit of stay in bed. And I have a few tips from the source i have ever read. 7 Easy Tips to Rise at SunShine 1. Intend yourself to rise and shine It looks like a trivial thing, but if you before bedtime actually intended it to myself to really determined to get up in the morning hours so, surely it would be a suggestion that will never will enter your subconscious while sleeping, such as personal alarms for actually get up at so many as you intended. Of course do not forget prayer in accordance with your religion and beliefs of each before at bed. 2. Dual Alarm Install Fit is just an alarm, because usually if we still feel like getting out we will immediately turn it off and will not ring anymore. Put a few alarms, either an alarm clock, phone or other alarm. To be effective, install one alarm bit far from your reach, perhaps at a table opposite the bed, so you're forced to get up and walk to turn off the alarm that disrupt your sleep. At the latest mobile phones are usually equipped with snoozing (repeating alarm) which the alarm will sound repetitive if you do not get up and push the correct button, one phone has also been effective enough to function as a dual alarm. 3. Provide Water on the side bed Prepare a water/mineral water in glass or bottle before you sleep, so easy to reach place beside your bed, so when you wake up can simply drink to refresh the throat and effective enough to eliminate drowsiness, waking up process can be more easily.
