Captcha making my life miserable

Every time I try to download a file from a File hosting site a captcha appears. This is very annoying because sometimes it is very difficult for colorblind people to fill those captchas. I know that these things are needed to identify that we are human not a bot but it is annoying. Some sites have an audio system to detect that. That is much better. All sites must start this thing. Because this captcha is a misery.
