onbux converted into scam or what?

I have requested for cashout before almost a month and today when I tried to post on forum that I haven't received money it's showing my account is under observation or something.. I don't get what it is.. I didn't do anything wrong.. neither I have any referral.. I am not getting what I did wrong so they blocked my payment of approx 7$..

If cashout is not supposed to take as long, u should contact the admin to ask reason of delay. IF they didn't get back to u, it means they are likely to scam u. Since u have done nothing to flaunt the rules, i don't see why can't they pay u. Did it state their payments are only on certain dates? IF not, all the more u should have already been paid. Report that site and don't allow any more people to fall victim to it.

Even my second payout is pending since 3 weeks. I thought i have to post payment proof for the first payout and so took all the pains to post payment proof following the instructions from onbux forum. but in the last line, it is mentioned to paste the link containing screen shot which while trying to do the last step , i am getting a msg that my account is under review. Now i dont know whether i will get 2nd payout or not due to non posting of payment proof. Can anyone tell me whether posting of payment proof is compulsary to get second payout of $3?
