Friends, patience is a great weapon to kill the problems. Actually we all trying our level best to be patient... Why we have to maintain patience? What is the importance of the patience. If i want to change, if i want to reach my goal, if i want to go away from present problems, if i want to live pressure free.... How the patience will helps for me? Being patient(calm) and peaceful is so hard, is it varied from married people to unmarried youth? I mean "married people are matured in all matters(especially they are facing many real life problems) and they know very well about the importance of the patience. That's why i am asking this questions. Coming to housewives, they are the home ministers, they have been facing lot of pressure in their daily life(about their family). The leader of the home(dad/husband) are facing many problems(like financial). Like wise After experiencing many problems, in the end of their life also the old people are also facing many problems(they majorly need support and love). And the Youth, Goal and Love are the main problems. How they to overcome the state of being pressure full... and how to concentrate on their goals.. If possible give your real life examples. Share the true feelings.

In our daily life is tension. It is important to think positively.I am daily subjected to great pressure and stress. But I always manage to not get angry and reassure myself. It is positive thinking and a little peace and quiet at night too. Have a nice day!

Hi Remo It is very important to remember that we cannot change what we cannot control. Therefore, if we cannot control outcomes there is no point in being inpatient. Being inpatient means one will make one self sick. It is not an easy task,as when I was younger I use to have no patience and wanted to repair and change things I had no control over. This only lead to nerves, and sleepless nights, to find the next day the problems were still there. Therefore, I have been forced into being a patient person, and sometimes I feel now that I am way too patient as my first thoughts are when I have a problem is to say to myself: This too shall pass. I am a strong believe in the power of prayer for me and so I rely on my hopes to make the necessary changes at times.

oh rameshchow I am sitting here feeling badlly now. Last night my roommate who is unfortunatel going throgh Alzhemier disease just about drove me to the breaking point. At eight thirty she started in when are you going to bed? I answered fairly calm,"Kathy its only eight thirty. I will go to bed at time as I a lways do." Okay I worked here on mylot for another half hour and was having problems with my typing disappearing thanks I think to dear my lot glitches. So I decifded to turn everything off and check my blood sugar then if necessary have a snack. I had a readers digest book out I wanted to read while eating my snack. I just got sit down and was doing my glucose check when she goes, " when are you going to bed?: I snapped at her"Kathy its not ten yet I told you at teno clok that is when I always do.: I made a snack and started to read my readersdigest magazine. Kathy again asked"When are y ou going to turn off the light." I was tired and I wanted some peace.I yelled at her"why do you do this to me everyh damend night? You know I will go to bed at ten o clock.: She whimpers"I do not know and dont yell at me: I retorted"Then quit nagging at me,. I feel like you do not trust me at all. I am good to you., I always go to bed at ten. See rameshchow I did lose all my patiece, yes she broke up the oeaceful hour I had wanted before I turned off the light. Yet was she really to blame as she is getting more and more forgetful or did she just not remember that I had told her ten oclock. Was I really being patient? I know I lost my cool and i was really so tense and felt so resentful towards her. I just could not relax at all and slept very poorly.I felt so stressed out. I always try to p;pretend I am in a stress prooof bubble and stress just bounces off me. Yet when I lost my temper I forgot all about my stress p roof bubble. I was actually feeling really ill. Where was my patience? I know how to be patient with sick people .is not Kathy sort of ill in h er own way? ahe is losing her memory. should I not be more for giving towards hwer? I feel like I failed at trying to have patience. I need to ask God for help here. I hate losing my temper like that. but I wish she was more patient with me too.,your discussion made me stop and think.

Hello my friend rameshchow Ji, Well, life is full of problem is one way of looking, but it is enjoyable is other part of life as well. I have some basic tools, if applied in their true sense would make our life problem free and live peacefully under all circumstances. Here are they :- SATSANG (a) ”If you can balance /stable your mind, when people around you are in un-balanced , and at the same time blaming you”. (NO-reaction) (b) “If you have belief on yourself, when others have doubt and at the same time, you strongly oppose their belief of their doubt” (c) “If you can wait for Good/Bright days without loosing patience/getting disheartened of waiting”. (d) “Everyone around you is deceiving you , whereas you are not in any way.” (e) “ Every body hates you and you do not, at the same time, you ARE not proud to be ‘good’ and ‘wise’. (f) “ If you Can dream, but do not allow them to overpower you, and you Can ‘think’ but at the same time, do not plunge into dreams of ‘thinking”. (g) “If you can welcome ‘gains’ and ‘defeat’ OR ‘profit’ & ‘loss’ with open hearts and they do not unbalance your mind”. (h) “If you can accept your own words in twisted/mutilated /distorted form, happily by ‘fools’ and they do not involve you in their bad plans”. (i)“ If you Can bear/tolerate the ‘gains’ accomplished by you ‘raise to ashes’ , for which you took whole life to build, and at the same time you can once again order your tired hands to restart making”. (J) “ If you can take one chance to reduce your gains in your life, ‘loose’ or ‘gain’ (like a great gambler) (k)“If you can, after loosing every bit in your life, get ready fresh to obtain the same with total energy from all corners of your body and mind, without uttering a single word even”. (l)“ If you Can compel your heart, mind and limbs, when they are so tired and refuse to accept any thing, except that your ‘belief’ and ‘desire’ to order them that they have to march forward and not falling back”. (m) “ If you can roam in crowds, but do not allow your ‘thoughts’ and ’abilities’ to wander stray, and you live with emperor, but do not neglect common man “. (n) “ If you are unharmed by people loving you and people hating you”. (o)“ If you Can respect everybody within the limits, but at the same time nobody”. (p)“ IF YOU CAN REMEMBER THE UN-EXCUSED MOMENT/SECOND (time) OF YOUR LIFE, AND EXPLAIN THE REASON FOR THE SAME”. Then, the whole world belongs to you only and every thing that exists on this, at the same time you fall under the category of ‘ACTUAL HUMAN BEING ’, which is greatest achievement in the life than any thing else. Thanks. May God bless You and have a great time.

When I was younger, I was one of the most patient people on the planet. But now since I'm old and unmarried, I'm beginning to get a little impatient. But, as you say, impatience does not help. When you act on impatience, you make hasty mistakes and wrong moves. I can't afford to make mistakes and wrong moves, so I'm slowly going back to my old ways. When you are impatient, you take wrong routes. Now, I'm taking the straight route and I'll reach my goal or I won't. But at least I tried.

Everybody have tensions, worries & pressure to deliver at all points of life, which is the biggest from their own point of view. To remain calm & cool in such situations is of course important. Many doesn't believe me when I say this, but it does work: Your level of patience & calmness depends very much on your eating habits. Avoid non-vegetarian food to achieve very good levels of patience & thus be cool no matter what.(Just observe and you can see: people who have non-vegetarian food often are generally hot tempered and situations arise where they can't control their anger, even the attitude will be much more arrogant than what it should be) Other things that can help keep your mind calm is to practice YOGA. Meditation also can help a lot, in fact I consider meditation the best medicine to being cool, if done in the proper manner.
