Earning money from the Internet

I always wanted to find a stable and paying work using the power of the internet. It all started 10 years ago, when I had a lot of free time in my hands. But somehwere, somehow the idea just faded out of my mind. Well I'm glad to say that finally I was able to start doodling with the idea again and eventually got myself signing-up as a FREE member to a myriad of PTC sites, traffic exchanges and social networking sites such as myLot. I started last March 24 with these PTC sites and after 2 long months of clicking away at advertisements I finally got my first payment at Symbux (you can google it out if you like). It was really exciting for me to get my first payment through Alertpay and actually uploading proofs of payment in the PTC site. I am no techie, you should know. So all of these things are great discoveries to me. All was going well and I even started thinking of other ventures that I would like to invest my payments with. But last week I got the first scare of my life when the scheduled payment didn't arrive on time! I tried sending support tickets to the site Admin but they never replied back. Alarm bells started ringing in my head. Is Symbux just another scam site that will eventually burn my pockets empty? Well, after 7 days (the site says it processes payment within 24 hours from request of payment) of not knowing whether I'll get my money back or not, I finally got mail from Alertpay! Whew, what a relief! The amount might be measly but the knowledge that you were not duped by these people are the best part of it for me. Moral of the story... I must not lose focus on the reality of working online. Some sites might eventually be trustworthy enough to pay online workers like me, but for sure I still must keep myself prepared for future disappointments of unpaid requests. And as what all of those who have been fortunate enough to establish a profitable internet source of income say, Only invest your money if and only if you're ready to lose it. Cheers! And good luck to all of us!
