"A leading Mumbai producer says that he is keen to cast Asin but the actress has three things going against her. One, she is demanding to be paid as much as Kareena Kapoor and Katrina Kaif, two, there is reportedly too much interference from her close ones and three, though she is dependable, she brings no novelty to a project."

This tendency applies to others also. when we join a company we work sincerely but after getting confirmed in the service we tend to be lax and our performance comes down.

This reminds me of so many American Actors here, where they are handsomely paid in their career then forget and mistreat the hands that feed them. Charlie Sheen is one of the ones that comes to mind here.
Where he played his role well and his ego and addiction took the best of him. Too bad. As for me no job is ever too small and or too big, see I apply 110% percent efforts or I do not do it at all.

that is true. You put in 110% efforts. In tamil field also there were a few actors who played a lot of money but lost all of them due to drinking, women and other bad habits.
In this case the actress demands more money and interference of relatives is too much.

"MUKUNDA MUKUNDA" Oh wow it is so entertaining and peaceful. I loved that the kids were so happy, involved and talented. She also has a very lovely voice.
I liked that the music was carrying me the entire time. Though I did not understand the lyrics, I felt it really moved me with the beat.

i believe what she is doing right becouse she has reason for that.........1)her 1st movie with amir khan and 2)her 2nd movie with salman and ajay devgan (london dreams) 3)thirs movie with salman khan........there is no other actress who has done her first three movies with such big celebrities she did thats means she has guts and one should know her/his value.........then only people will realise even in tamil and telugu she has acted with superstars like kamal hasan,surya,rajani,vijay, nagarjun,mahesh babu and more so what she is doing is right.i want to say she knows acting as compare to karina and katrina so she can depand for the money what they are getting
asin is not only beautiful but also talented so she deserve........

The kinda behaviour she exhibits these days takes her nowhere but back to kollywood!I do not see her with any other stars except salman who seems to have an eye for some intriguing reason.She isn't that bad at acting.Great day.

this sounds so funny and i totally agree that such attitude is not going to help asin much.i agree asin is a leading actress in south indian flim industry and now making her mark in bollywood also but still i dont find her anywhere close to katrina or kareen.asin does not have that much of fan following which katrina and kareena have.
so i dont find any intelligence in paying her so high.
i think ready being hit,may have got into asin's mind and thats why she perhaps have raised her amount.
i think asin has a lot to prove in bollywood and first she should make that mark and then should ask for more money.

Yes, I have heard that working with her is a pain in the ****. But she is pretty and is already a bankable star. As regards to the amount of money she is demanding, she can ask anything but the price will come down once she stops getting offers.
