Nowadays, illnesses are due to poor diet and poor lifestyle. Does healthy living means, drinking only water and avoid soda... Eat only organic food and not the processed foods. No cigarettes, no lechon, and no alcohol will give you a healthy living... So how do you practice that?

I vote juice! I am a big fan of fresh juice, partiularly those mixed with apple juice. I therefore like apple and mango, apple and grape, apple and cranberry etc. I like the fact that this juice can act as one of your 5 a day on fruit and veg. You shouldn't overdo your intake however as this could make you ill. Try also innocent juice, worth 2 of your 5 a day. Just make sure you don't exceed your RDA (recommended daily allowance) by having more than a small glass/container of concentrate. Make sure you consult the label!

Well, I practice drinking water at least 10 times daily. I drink milk, I drink fruit juices, I only eats fruits and vegetable everyday. However, I eat fastfood every once in a while, like once a week sometimes and I think that's not bad. I also sometimes eat fried food because it can't be avoided. As much as possible I eat veggies and fruits everyday. I also exercise at home everyday through doing simple household chores.

Hello! there, healthy living means a lot for me in many aspects. Besides Physical sense, being healthy also mentally, socially and above all spiritually is also very important why one must be practicing healthy living. In physical sense, eating the right and healthy foods, drinking more water and having regular exercise makes one a healthy individual. Even visiting to a doctor and dentist regularly is necessary in order for one to be physically aware of what should be medicated internally if ever diseases occur. But i believe even if one is physically fit and healthy, a person must be socially, mentally and spiritually active as well in order to be holistically healthy.

Healthy living means overall attitude approach. It means eating a well balance diet of meals. Drinking the proper elements, exercise but most importantly it means our emotional state as well. One can do all the right things and live in a depressive state and that alone is not healthy. Therefore, in my opinion healthy living does not always mean eating all the right foods but how we handle our lives and emotional state too.

I agree with mrgpk63 about the organic food, but you should avoid a oily food and junk food. I am doing a lot of healthy sports like running, in a easy pace, walking, biking and swimming. I try to eat a lot of veggies and a void junk food. I feel so good after a physical exercise, and i feel so bad after eating junk food..

Yes its true. These illness are called degenerative disease. These disease are the result of FREE RADICALS caused, not just by poor diet and poor lifestyle, but also from stress and pollution. Eating fruits and vegetables and exercise are not enough to a healthy living. We also need food supplements. That's my way to a healthy living.
