friends i m doing engineering right now. i enjoy a lot in college with my friends ,lot of activites ,sports . a great fan. and when i come home i sit on my pc.do study little bit and try to enjoy every moment but now a days from last few weeks its like i m enjoying my life right now but time to time again and again suddenly i become little depressed for a while. i dont understand from where this depression comes. means i start feeling little low. it gets vanished after an hour or so but i m still amazed that why is this happening because i dont think about any negative thing neither i m sad or unhappy but having all the happiness still some low feeling comes from no where. what are your views? does anyone of you suffers from such problem? and if know the answer to avoid it please let me know. regards.

Shailesh-- This is natural. Boys and girls of your age may get this feeling where you are not in the company of a few friends all the time. Now u spend good time sitting before PC -- here u read happy things and negative things. sometimes hese negative expressions get into your mind. You should not spend more than 1 hour on PC for online activities. Balance time use it for placement- Read RS Agarwal QA and REasoning. Read GRE Book on english and QA. Your depression will run away.

I am a retired Chief Manager of Bank. For the last nearly 10 years I work as a freelance trainer for soft skills and aptitude skills for engineering colleges -placement examinations. I am not an engineer. I did B,SC.MA CAIIB. I served nationalised bank for 32 years. Out of this I was a teacher in the Bank for 11 years. So I am a teachercummanagercumbanker. Pl ask doubts regarding placement.

I am also an engineering student in my final years. I also used to feel that way. This is may be you are not that busy home so your mind diverts to other things. Also 4 years of Engg passes very quickly. I am an pass out now and I now feel if those days could have stayed longer? It is a very bitter feeling.
