clay as facial.. good for our skin.

I am quite interested to make myself beautiful. Of course most of us want to look good infront of other people. A friend of mine who went somewhere which is one of the provinces in Philippines and discovered a couple who are old but didn't have wrinkles at all. Most of us probably think that they didn't have that because of new technologies are being discovered like surgeries, etc. But we are wrong. They reason for having that beautiful skin even if they are that old is because of the clay. They bought a resort and during the time they developed that place they found something in the deep on the sands it quite different from a type of sand... studies said that it is a clay. I don't heard that clay can be good to our face but yes I tried that yesterday and it will make your skin so soft and cleanses dark spot I guess. I don't know if it can only with that clay soil or all clays.

I also use clay for facial masks, I've been using it for a long time, and I love it. I use the cosmetic type, that's available in shops, and I mix it with all sorts of fruit juices or vegetable juices, so it has different properties every time I use it. It has helped me get rid of spots on my skin several times, and it's never had any side effects.

I used to think that if you use them in your face it can help you to have more pimples in your face. I never wished to have pimples all over my face. That's why I always been so afraid of using any cosmetic product on my face. Thank you for your ideas. It really helped a lot. Have a good day.
