Just the words make my heart sing and then sink! anything can and will happen. I want the Canucks to win . To bring the Cup home to Canada.But will they? We soon will see. Are you as excited as I?

Guess this topic is sort of closed now that the game is over but I have to say that I am super disappointing with the Cunucks because they had the skill to win the cup and bring it back to Canada but it looked as if Boston just wanted it more. I think that it would have been to Vancouver's advantage if the refs were actually calling penalties but still...
They truly are the knuckleheads :(

It is still open , sad but open. I think they did have the talent but for some reason they couldn't finish. I hope it wasn't that they believe the press and thought they were destined to win and they didn't think they needed to play . Or, they never had to use brute force to win before so they didn't know how to play hard like the Bruins. Either way they couldn't win it all anf it is a shame.

I have been shying away from any articles, reading materials, or posts about the game 7 tonight. Until of course I see a favorable result after the game.
So, I refuse to respond to this discussion.

Oh yeah ! I am really excited about it. Just looking forward to the good news about the result of the game. I will be sitting in front of the TV all evening ( and hopefully ready to celebrate ). Yes, we will see soon how it goes.

I amnot a hockey fan as you know. I am surprised the Stanley Cup series is still going on! Usually the NHL season is over before the NBA season,which ended sunday! No matter what happens tonight the NHL season will be offically over. Now if could get the NFL lockout to end.

The Hockey season goes from October til June. The hockey season starts about a week before the NBA start. I hear that the talks are going well with the NFL. Keep the Faith.

I finally got over the Game 7 loss recently. I finally shaved my playoff beard. it was getting itchy. The sight of Thomas Kaberle holding up the Cup is a sight that will haunt me forever. And I can't say 'wait until next year' cause I know these are the Canuckleheads and a new phrase has entered my consciousness - 'Not in my lifetime'. Welcome to the Canadian version of the Chicago Cubs.

I'm so sorry. I almost cried thinking about how hopeless you sound! I am So lucky. My All time favorites Have won a Cup save one , The Caps. But with Ovie , There is always hope. I Truly wanted to see the cup return to Canada. I want to say keep the faith, but all I Can say is Take Care.
