I think that I cook Mexican dishes the best. The reason that this is my specialty is because of the fact that my father always cooked and enjoyed eating a lot of Mexican dishes when he was alive. Thus, when I started cooking, I remembered what he had taught me about cooking those dishes. So, we have Mexican night in our family at least once a week. I like to do tacos, quesadillas, fajitas and many other things as well.

Cooking is some thing I am not good at all. My friends don't believe me even when I say that I can boil water ! They would say "are you sure ?" . Ha ha. So, I have to go to restaurants for lunch and dinner, or warm up the dinner pack in the microwave.

I like to cook, but not every day and every meal, but just special dishes sometimes. Italian food is my favourite!

I love cooking Filipino and Chinese foods. Filipino foods are very delicious. Aside from easy to prepare, the taste is very pleasant-tasting because of the innovative ideas. Filipino foods are a mixture of foreign cuisines which we called it as fusion. These foods make me eat more and enjoy my eating time. Right now, I always wake up early to do my morning exercise because I can feel that I'm gaining weight. This is maybe because I enjoy eating the foods that I am cooking. Although the foods that I prepare are less in fat and they are healthy. I am very choosy in terms of food because my hubby's family has diabetes and my mom had a stroke so I have been meticulous in preparing food. I don't want such disease will happened to us especially to my kids.

Cooking is my passion, I love every bit of cooking. My specialty are filipino dishes, like shrimp sinigang, caldereta, beef steak, chicken adobo etc. It is so fulfilling knowing that the people who ate your dishes were happy eating it because they're satisfied with the taste. Happy cooking santosmarichris!

hi my dear friend, i love to cook and i cook many different different varieties. as i am from india i know many indian dishes and i am from a big foodie family so they also enjoy eating all what i make. but their taste are oily and rich foods. they dont enjoy baked and steamed or stir fried dishes. if you ask my taste , mine is just the opposite of their's. i love stir fried things a lot. i love stir fried veggies. in cakes too, i dont like too much of icing and frosting cakes. i know they are very tasty but they are very rich and heavy. the calorie is soo high that one have to run up and down the hill hundred times in a day. i make deep fried items daily because my family needs it. its a daily choice and need of my family.

hi I have several good cookbooks to look up recipes when I am not too familiar with them and I love trying out new dishes or methods in cooking. In wintertime I love making thick hot soups and in summertime its salads mostly. Just recently I started using the microwave oven to cook meals and not only to warm up stuff in there. so far I have made some veggie stews in there and they were perfect.
