I will be away for a few days due to slow internet connection

I'll miss you myfb. Take care, my friend! And I hope your provider fixes things. I've had no troubles with my internet provider. My signal's always up, and fast too. I don't use Outlook for my mails, Yahoo is the way to go for me.

I'm experiencing that slowness too with my provider.It started this morning I run my ccleaner spybot and defrag and everything are okey so I know it's my connection.As of now it's still the same.I hope our problem will be remedied soon.

If I were you, I would complain about the internet service provider and ask them to solve this problem as soon as possible. Are you sure that it is nothing wrong with your computer but your ISP? If possible, you can use another laptop to check it. If it has problem to connect other websites. It means that it is something wrong with the internet connection. I love China

Hello myfb, I hope your connection is restored by now and working with full speed. I also heard from my friend who belong to your country, faced the same problem. In my office the connection is good as we are using the broadband. If there is problem with the connection then it won’t be available completely. Usually I am not facing any slow connection.

From time to time our internet connection will be slow at home. Most of the time when this happens I am able to speed it back up be both restarting my computer and also restarting the modem and the router. There is actually a commercial that comes on the television here that when you are having problems with your internect connectivity you should try to power down and then power back up. This has always worked for me unless we've had a major storm that actually knocks the lines out.

Sometimes, and i hate it. Try to ask your internet provider about your concern. And i hope you'll have a faster internet connection.

Yes always on my own computer at home due to my broadband wireless service. And one time it happened that i cannot connect to Mylot for four months and this makes me ill. But what i did was to move on and do something that is useful for me like readings. And this helps me a lot. So when i'm back to my Mylot i am fully equipped with lots of discussions to write. And again it will happen to me this month of July. How i wish to have my own laptop and better connection when i'm home.

I had some trouble with my IP a few months ago. I usually just had to wait a day at a time before they fixed it..the problem was that it was several days on and off until they figured out it was in the main lines to my area. I hope they get it up and running for you soon. It is very aggravating.

Hi myfb Sorry to hear that your internet service is quite slow these days. I do hope it can be resolved as it will be tough to be without internet for a few days, when we become accustomed to being able to freely use it. Mine is doing fine, but there are moments only here in myLot that it is quite slow and I simply bear through and or take breaks. So I can understand the frustration you must be experiencing. I hope you can find time to rest and do somethings you have not been able to do recently, during your time away.

Hi friend! That's what I've been through in the past week,arrrgghh!I know how you feel myfb. Mine is no connections at all due to heavy rains and winds we had here in our country. But good thing my cousin let me borrowed her USB form of internet connection but it's quite slow but can still be tolerated,hehe! I hope it'll be resolved soon so I will see you here more often.

It must be a local problem. the speed is ok in Indiana.USA. However you can clean the C drive of your computer. Go to c drive properties- clean. Speed may improve. also in the browsers delete history. have a good day. Check for virus.

i am also experiencing a slow internet connection not only smartbro but globe tattoo also, that is the reason why my reply to the comment forum is "duplicated"

Its such a poor thing when internet slows down and we feel helpless as we can't do anything then wait for the internet to start working properly again so yes its a very poor situation which you are in.

I'm sorry myfb2009, I am sure many people will miss you on here. I hope you are able to get this problem fixed soon so you can come back and have fun on MyLot! :-) I think almost everyone has had trouble with slow internet at least once in their lifetime, LOL... Sometimes it's the computer, sometimes it's the connection, sometimes it's the service provider. You really won't know until you talk to your service provider. Perhaps they can come out and take a look. :-)
