Changing your profile picture...

I have been trying to change my profile picture, but everytime I edit my profile I don't see the option.
Can you change the profile picture once you have one set?
Can anyone help me, I have been breaking my head 
trying to figure this out, the funny part is, that it is probably right in front of me and I don't even see it.

You have to raise your eyes to the top of the page where you will see 'preference'
or go here:
