How to ventilate stress and over come it?

Bringing out here the common factors causing stress and the solution can help those who couldn't figure out the factors causing stress. i must say there is no one without stress in the entire life of human. but how to ventilate from is the concern. for example a man get stress in his office and get relaxed at home so it becomes neutral. what if he has stressful situation both at office and home. here the stress level is high with no ventilation. so one need to find the real route cuse of the stress and try to over comes it.

welcome to mylot. I am also from chennai. I am now in USA. It is a good discussion. How to ventilate stress. Following are the suggestions: 1) Talk to concerned people in calm manner so that they do not mistake. 2) Tell the relatives or friends of the concerned person so that the message will reach and the situation may change 3) Identify why and how stress is caused; if the problem is in us then we should correct. 4) Go to an open yard and shout what you have in mind. this will relieve stress. 5) Go for physical exercise in gym - formatted ones. 6) Read slokas like aditya hrudyam, kanda sasti kavacham, or Bible or Koran. 7) do meditation 8) Read books of your choice 9) Browse internet in areas u like 10) Listen to melody music. 11) Accept the given situation as right one because your stand is not correct. 12) Follow the principle – there is no perfect man in the world; there is no perfect situation in the world. 13) all of us have some plus and some minus- so let that person also hold minus. Accept. 14) if u are having problems of jealousy, look at the people who are well below your standard of living and not look at people above you. 15) Participate in discussion forums of your choice, ventilate your feeling in discussions.

i guess you are a doctor giving perfect advice. So from the responses i thing is clear we have to deviate our mind into some other thing entirely so the stress is put at back of our mind and when we bring it front later on we are fresh to face it again. this time with success. because when the stress level is low our brain think routes to solve it

Hmmm, you have a very sticky situation there, having stress both in the office and at home. Here's what I can suggest. Why not take a vacation to have a view of things or to have some space. Sometimes when we're surrounded by a lot of people we don't think straight. We get a lot pressure. And we make bad decisions that we regret. If it's a minor stress that you're experiencing right now, then i suggest you take a breather and be alone for a while. Or you can have a night out with your friends and vent out all your pent up emotions and frustrations in life. It's a good thing if you have a strong circle of friends to help you. But if you're stress in difficult to deal with, then I suggest you look deeper into what have caused you the stress in the first place. Confront it. If ain't gonna kill you, it will make you stronger.

hmm yes this should be good move to get isolated and move along with friends. you can bring back your old memories and behave young and forget the stress matter and burst into laughter. then it would make you keep going after you are back to normal routine.

You could talk it out with your close friends.Explain to them the cause for your stress.If that isn't possible try to talk to a counselor.They will come out with effective suggestions to reduce stress.Meditation helps.Breathing exercises are useful.You could do a pleasurable activity like listening to music or other activities which you find pleasurable and that could reduce stress.

I do suggest to take breathing exercises to balance your body's hormones which causes the stress. Meditation and relaxation can ease the tension of the body. Always try to be positive in things you do and promote wellness and optimism at all times. Stress is only in the mind. The mind is much much powerful than stress. Feed your mind with stress free thoughts and all the stress will be gone. Yes, stress can't be avoided but it can be dissipated out of your body. The breathing exercises always work for me so you better try to breathe in naturally and easily during the stressful times. Best of luck!

Stress is unavoidable but it can be lessen by means of many stress relievers like playing in arcade after office, drinking a cup of decaf coffee or tea, going to the mall, and many more. Plenty of exercise every morning reduce the quantity of stress.

I can say that I have found ways to avoid the harmful effects of stress. The way they react is determined that you look at that stress. Any problem that you face in life can be approached in this way, a chance to show that we are able to deal with them. Change way of thinking on a difficult task to work as an opportunity to improve your skills, for example, you can change a life of stress and discomfort in one of challenges and feelings. In a moment of tension, any can help change your perspective on the place. We need something to distract, to break the string of thoughts that can cause stress. Think of something else, any thought that you can remove from the stress is beneficial to see things from another perspective. Reminds you of an achievement last success before. Positive thinking a great way when you're feeling insecure. How did once smell and succeed, stay in your power! I'm surprised how much I love began an object that you wish like yesterday, that I was stressed! I started to get involved can be too long now since I got fond of it!

I think that every time we are in a stressful situation we should just close our eyes for a second and breath deep. We then think of good things and the reason why we do what we do. I think that in this way we will be more motivated to go on forward even with these roadblocks that tries to stop us from doing our purpose.

stress at home and work can lead to depression to younger people. Not that adults dont get depression, but they usually react with more violence than everything and start dont caring about themselves, and after that is work work work sleep work work... one way to resolve things is usually to get another job with less work to do. but in the end the people dont want to receive less money.
