Hi. I am really surprised how people can post something like that. I mean to say that one of my frnd's grandpa had been expired and he posted that on his FB post. He also got reply from his frnds who might be stranger. But in my opinion its a personal thing which i would not share on Fb. If you want to tell to ur frnds or the relatives u can just call them and talk to them personally rather posting such thing in public. Whats your opinon on it?Cheers.

I wouldn't really want the whole world knowing something so personal but some people are just like that. They don't think about it that way I guess. Maybe they want the pity from everyone for their situation. I don't know, not something I would do...

Personally I would also not post such something like that on FB. It seems so insensitive. But I have seen posts like this. I do not know how some people get the time to go on FB, when someone dear and near has passed away.

I am not one to publish every detail of my life in facebook, though I must say I do not have strangers in my Facebook. Being that you friend does maybe a personal message would have been sufficient.
Although maybe it was a way to vent a little since your friend was not feeling so well. Like here sometimes we as members post things like that here and most if not all are strangers. I sort of see it as a way for people to share their feelings is my thinking.
There are things I will not publish as not everyone has to know everything about me. lol
