Amelia Heinle should get an Emmy next year

She has been fantastic in the whole Victoria and Billy story line and even better with the addition of Lucy and losing Lucy twice. The courtroom scene when they lost custody of Lucy was great. But the scenes later with Billy and blaming him were done to perfection.

I noticed that as well. When she first saw Lucy in the courtroom after they lost her was amazing. Amelia was crying and so was I.

Well, with all of these soap operas getting canceled, her competition will be lessened. So the chances of better talent getting recognized will be higher. But didn't she get nominated this year too?

No she wasn't nominated this year. I have to disagree with you on the better talent statement. She was nominated early in her career before I was aware of her.

I just meant the competition will be less stiff now with fewer actresses and roles. Did you see that Billy Miller was resigned and won't be leaving after all?

No, I didn't see that about Billy, thanks. I wonder if that means that they will find a way to keep Victoria and Billy together.

I also believe that an Emmy is in her future. They have really stepped up her character in the past year and she is stepping up to the job. She done a fabulous job with the scene with Billy after the court and I think that most people really felt the tension between them. I hate to see them split up.

You could tell she wanted to ask him to stay but just couldn't quite get it out; a very fine acting job on Amelia's part to convey that the way she did.

It was sad that Victoria did not win an award nor was she up for one. I am so mad that Physllis won an award since she is a terrible person. I can understand Vicky being upset losing Lucy twice. I really hope theyt appeal and take it to another court. Even Daniel was upset and will probably end up hating his mother for this. I cried when Vicky lost Lucy. I have a feeling that Daisy will end up in jail (and I hope she does) and I would love to see Physllis lose Lucy. Phyllis is such a me person (the type who only cares about herself) and does not deserve to raise another child. She was never there for Daniel and she is rarely there for Summer. Nick is a better father for Summer.
