A Visit to Boracay - Aklan, Boracay
Around the net there are so many pages that offer trip packages from Manila to Bora. One of them is TripAdvisor.com. I suggest you wait for cheaper promo packages which normally comes during off season. I've actually been doing that and it is really q big saving.

You can do it either air or land trip. Check on the net for any promos given by airplanes and also by buses. If you want a shorter trip..consider the plane with a higher fare. If you want a cheaper budget,,,go for land trip and i guess much exciting as well. enjoy your Boracay vacation

Plan your trip ahead and book a ticket as early as possible. Then, make a list of what you need to bring. Not much luggage or hand carry is better when travelling. If you will fly directly from Manila to Caticlan, that's better than Manila to Iloilo to Boracay. Also, try to find out what is the cheapest hotel/Inn to stay. Plan of how many days you want to spend there. If possible give your money an allowance for emergency purposes. Hope it helps.

There are many ways to get to Boracay from Manila. But the fastest but expensive way if taking a flight Manila to Caticlan, Manila to Iloilo, or Kalibo, Aklan. From there u can take a bus to Caticlan where it is the port of entry to Boracay. You can find tricycles to take you to the docking area. One alternative is by ferry, but the same route, Manila to Iloilo, or Manila to Kalibo if there is. Have a nice vacation! Try to search thru the net for some more ideas!

You ca do it either by ferry or by plane. The easiest and fastest way is via airplane. It will take around an hour of flight. Either you land in Caticlan or Kalibo island. I really don't know which is a better route, but when we travelled to Boracay we used the Caticlan route. You will still need to ride a boat to get to Boracay. As for the way using ferry, I've never really tried it yet.
