Streaming videos online really slow?

ok., lately ive been having some issues streaming videos off the internet. You tube,random yahoo news's feeds, anime sites. Some day's it's really slow and buffers a lot, other day's it's like there was no problem to begin with. I'm Baffled??? I routinely de-frag and scan the PC for infections, and try not too have resources tied up in the background. Any Recommendations.?

Get a very fast Internet connection. At least 200 KB/s is required for watching hd videos uninterruptedly.

Previously we paid some seven hundred rupees for unlimited and used to get 256 kbps, that time also had the problem of browsing songs and youtube videos.
Now we pay some 350 for unlimited and bsnl broadband , now the problem increased as the speed is 156 kbps.
Now here we dont have a landline they gave a wireless phone and net connection disconnects now and then.

when i hear that leaving india the other countries are giving a good access and speed to the internet users .They get mbps for less prize i think this is a good speed and i would had god such a speed internet then i would had earned more.

but though companies promising hi-speed there is no way to get such speed in usage, it is impossibleto use as it is, we can get nearly 100 r 150kbps only tat too varies from time to time

i hope video accelerators wont help that much in online streaming videos, video accelerators are used to download and boost up the speed, if u have links for any such software u can kindly post it here, thank u buddy

yes , youtube never we can listen a song without a stoping and buffering.I also very much disappointed with the speed of internet and youtubes and orkut videos.No way we can watch something gud with peace.There should be a solution for this. I am also awaiting for the response from any of the mylotters.
