i know many of the couples who are married don't get time to know each other but in todays time women are working as good as the men and some flirting happens in office as you know you get a little attracted to the person which you are working with i have seen a lot of office flirting and that's common everybody does that but that should be in a limit it should not effect our personal life.

hello HDHORDA4 ,
Office flirting,i don't think it is allowed.
I mean,in the company that i am working it it is not allowed to flirt with officemates.
You can't even say words that meant flirting or winking..or you will be reported.
Some offices and company have rules about relationships with co-workers..not to go beyond,as we know that flirting could lead into more deep relationship or attachment.
A healthy friendship is fine...if they want to go beyond flirting, maybe they can do it outside the building..but inside premises it is not allowed the company that i am working with.
have a good day and welcome to mylot

I would say flirting is too far. If you are flirting with someone, you are inviting a problem.
One thing most people do not know, is that enjoyment follows action. By doing something, you end up liking it.
No person, man or woman, wakes up one morning and decides to destroy their family.
It's little actions. Small steps in the wrong direction. Noticing a smile, making small talk, flirting here and there, meeting for lunch, meeting after work once.... and suddenly, your whole life is ruined, your family destroyed, and you can't fix what happened.
No train crashes instantly. That train traveled a thousand miles, before it flew off the track.
When you see a marriage break up, and it seems so sudden, trust me it wasn't. It started several years back, when so and so met him or her, at the office, and started talking about things other than work.
