Timothy Olyphant in 'Justified'

Can anyone else see the resemblance of Timothy Olyphant's character, Raylan Givens, in the raw but brilliant 'Justified' to Clint Eastwood's in 'Coogan's Bluff' and his other cowboy cops? I also think TO is very much like a young Clint himself, with his whispering intelligent ways and smooth sinuous movements, without the squint, of course.
