On a recent discussion with a good friend of mine at a restaurant. We learn that Japanese business culture would value their employees as their valuable assets. No wonder majority of Japanese workers, or employees of particular industry would be loyal to their companies, and I heard that most of them would work there for life. Should we also learn about such business model? There were many cultural elements we should learn from Japanese, since they provide high quality products, and their employee's working spirits really amaze us. Once I learn from a business textbook, if you treat your employees nicely with motivation, your employee would also treat your customers nicely, and they would provide high quality customer services too. What do you think of it?

well friend...it seems every good thing we ought to emulate...from wherever it came from. And the Japanese have given us a good lesson in work ethic and dicipline, especially in the business world. So, the point is work ethic and dicipline, can we do that, just for our good?

I had seen businesses that treated people like slave, and without any benefit too. Mostly are from Korean or Chinese owners too, and the turn over rate just high, people usually lost their morale to work for such kind of employer. And the service usually low.

I am amazed at how the Japanese value their employees. Logically, if you are every well accorded by your employer, you will exude happiness in your work. Thus, your work becomes of quality, because you did it so inspired and as a gratitude to the company you are working.

Well yes i think we do have to learn a lot especiakly from teir values. I have had a chance to work with our jap counterpart when i worked for an international bank and boy they are paranoud and have a lot of regulations and all snd they reaaly are great at prevention of issues and it made actually more difficult to work for them. Hehe everythimg they do is well calculated!!
