I'm Insomniac - Eye Bag Seem To Look Like A Black Eye ^_^

My eye is surrounded with an eye bag and I even look like a corpse or a zombie when I close my eyes as for my brother. Concealer costs to much to cover ugliness. Since my very first day on earth, I always have a hard time to sleep. It's a challenge for me to sleep at the right time. I'm not sure why but my brain keeps on thinking random things though nothing bothers me. Does anyone have an idea what it causes and how to at least control this kind of sleeping disorder?

Hi Xsparky, I am getting enogh and good night sleep everytime. I just follow examples of good sleep hygiene. I always make sure that I go to bed "Early Enough" to allow myself to get an Adequate Night's Sleep. I don't keep myself busy until the moment before I expect to fall asleep. As much as possible, I avoid watching TV in bed. (Though it is very common in our culture, Yes I say Culture and not Situation. You know that I am an Ifugao and I do not want to put a Distinction here. LOL. We are the same and we share the same name in General. Although we are of mixed culture as our History brought upon itself). LOL So let me continue, when I felt my eyes heavy, I turn my head and lie on my side. I don't take Coffee, Tea, and even Chocolates the whole day. Once in a while I take a Cake from Red Ribbon without any Chocolates with my Mom. At night, I drink Hot Milk and it is a must not to missed it. Well, that's not my style, I just follow my Mom. I also avoid reading in bed. I only read and work on the internet in our living room and sometimes at the kitchen. I know that you love Computer Games as you were saying with your previous Discussion and I would just want to say, Finish it earlier if you plan to go to bed an hour after your game. That's only my suggestion anyway and I hope you won't hold any thing against it. Thanks Dennis

No worries Dennis! Of course I won't take anything against your post. We're both in a free country and I don't see anything wrong in your point of view. Actually, for me it's the other way around. It's easier for me to feel sleepy when I read a book or magazine or browse the internet but definitely not playing online games. It makes me focus on one thing rather than have my brain continuosly think of random things. I'm a nocturnal by the way. It's much easier for me to sleep in the morning than at night. ;)

Try to take some sleeping pills, and not to think anything else. Enjoy your day sleeping, and not to do anything. You just need to be lazy, and condone yourself to a good sleep. Next day, you will be refreshed up, and you should be pretty again. I hope that will work for you.

I've already tried pills and sometimes I feel like it's not working for me at all. :(
