The ICC is a Toothless Bulldog

The instigation of situations and selective enforcement of UN codes by the ICC is outrageous. Remember that the ICC, like the entire UN, does not have police power. Persons aiding with the enforcement of hypocritical writs by the ICC should be taken care of accordingly! A bunch of rogues – US, UN and NATO – took advantage of civil unrest and unjustly stormed Libya (and in violation of UN resolution 1973) to oust an African leader who would not kiss their behinds, and the otherwise lame ICC supports rogues and has the audacity to zero in on Libyans! How can the ICC, which like the UN, is only authoritative when dealing with developing nations, even entertain accusation by the US, UN or NATO, all of whom are in violation of UN resolution 1973? The UN just helped install Western puppet Ouattara in Ivory Coast against Ivorian law, and the ICC said nothing. The UN is in Libya assisting in the attempted colonization of Libya and against UN resolution 1973, and the ICC objected not. It sure looks like the UN is uniting with its creators to prevent independence and promote neo-colonialism and unrest allover Planet Earth. The ICC, a branch of the UN, is not equally officiating and thus in violation of its mission. The ICC is not respecting the rule of law of developing nations and thus in violation of its mission - http://www.un.org/en/ruleoflaw/index.shtml I say: Immolate the ICC, the UN, world bank and IMF! These entities were created to suppress and enslave societies.

The ICC as you said has nothing to show, its simply powerless and exist only in writing. In my country, the ICC as a body that was given authority to prosecute Human Right violators during the Post Election Violence in 2007 has done nothing so far. Hopes for justice and trust Kenya citizens had for this body has melted away, leaving helpless souls under mercy of time. Why is it that ICC under UN lack mechanism to arrest and prosecute leaders who violate Human Rights? Can someone tell me why countries like The US are not under ICC and yet they support its missions....?

The ICC, like parent UN, is merely a forum. All laws, writs, warrants or treaties by these entities only have value when a nation chooses to honor them: These are and were meant to be for peacekeeping. They legally have no power over any nation or person. The US, like some, is known to only support those International bodies and laws that pleases it or take advantage of portions of International laws that serves its purpose. The Basel Convention which prevents developed nations from burying their toxic wastes in developing nations is not signed by the US. I think the US also failed to signed the world Child Protection Act.

Waflay, you can search article "Punished for Being Patriots?" for detailed information on UN laws and enforcement problems.

All those groups you mentioned do serve a purpose. They are a place where the rich spoiled brats can get a jet set job and act like they are making a difference. After all they know what is best for you and me because we are just the people working for the lord of the manner. They are the ruling class and we are the serfs.

Bobmnu, I know. The various branches of the UN are in the business of uniting with founders to promote neo-colonialism and to prevent independence, progress and prosperity in developing nations.
