I've been so annoyed and irritated lately and now i've realized maybe it's that time for my period again. I've been so busy lately i couldn't keep track of the calendar of when my period is coming. No other symptoms yet except for being impatient and being sensitive. Every little thing matters to me and it freaks me out. Yesterday we were at the shopping mall and we entered an electronic store. There was this college student texting in the middle of the alley and i tried my best to avoid bumping into her but my right shoulder brushed her cellphone slightly, so i apologized. But to my surprise she got even madder when in fact i have already apologized. Since I was feeling so evil nowadays, I shouted at her and told her she'd better stand aside and get our of everybody's way if she didn't wanna be disturbed! She got scared of me coz she went silent. While i was having online classes my husband suddenly turned his iphone on to watch a video and i got mad because it distracted my student and me. The funny thing was, he was mad too because i got mad! So now i'm trying to stay away from small things that can piss me off. Today i'm dangerous!!! Warning!!!

Yes it's a women's thing! Some women even go as far as really having psychological breakdown because of PMS!

LOL. I was having second thoughts whether I should post a response in here. Is it really true that your mood swings when you have that regular visitor of yours? I heard a lot of women say that, including my exes... :) Well, should I keep distance from you now? LOL. Smile my friend. Just want to bring some smile on your face today, despite the warning, I'd love to take the risk just to make you smile!

You didn't make me smile but you made me ! Yes we do have mood swings when we have PMS! It's really weird and crazy but there are times when i can handle them. And don't worry, you are not giving me reasons to show you my devilish side. My patience is just too short to those people who are really irritating. I guess i'm not that dangerous and thanks for this one my dear friend. Miss chatting with you.

oh toniganzon oh I have been there and done that. It used to be so bad my husband would call out,"Pattytricia is it safe for me to come in now?" and I would have to laugh. My first name, which I hated,is Patsie but he knew that so he always called me Pattytricia in fun and in seriousness too. I had given him bad times when I was having my period and was so close to exploding at times. I hate it though when someone acts like the student texting as its so insolent like the whole world better go round me as I am a spoiled teen brat with a fancy cell phone. and I do not have the excuse of a period as I am 84 lol. Guess you need that book on stress.."Don't stress Over Small Things and most are small."It is a pretty good book, too.

Such incidents happen and get repeated however careful we are. For my NO PERIODS -- still sometimes when an expectation from inside the house or outside the house is not fulfilled I also get tensed. But am aware that it has to be curtailed in order to keep BP under control. The fact u r aware of it is itself good. take care. have a nice day.
