I have used Virgin Mobile Cell phones for years and really liked them and their service.I used an unlimited prepaid monthly plan for $60 a month. It includes, unlimited talk, text, web and picture sending, depending on what features your phone has. I had their ARC model cell phone, that was a flip phone, with a camera, but was not web capable, which was fine with me.Then i needed a better camera for my son's wedding so I purchased a model that had a higher resolution camera,a touch phone. And at the same time the company changed their system and deleted some of their phone models. One of the phones that was deleted was the ARC.And any of the styles of phones that does not have the features such as web cannot get the unlimited plan. The touch phone that I purchased to too difficult to operate.A year later I purchased another phone that is a little simpler to operate, but however the web features and camera sending does not work. I got a text from them the other day saying that they are getting rid of the picture program that they have used for me to send pictures to online.

That's terrible. I'd recommend switching services. I've had t-mobile for over five years and I've been happy with barely any problems. Plus, they don't have dramatic sudden changes like virgin mobile cell phone service.

Thats bad, my phone is a smart phone. I have been using Straight Talk and pay only 45 a moth for unlimited. I love it. The phone is easy to operate.

The Optimus V is a really good, its what I use, but Virgin Mobile is now coming out with a much better smartphone by Motorola called the Triump. It will feature a 1 Gb snapdragon processor, android 2.2, 4.1 inch display, a 5mp rear cam and front cam for video chat. Should hit stores sometime near the end of july.
