Playing Dekaron on single player mode

Salutations! Now I am a game freak especially that have concepts such as the mmorg Dekaron, unfortunately I am the type that reads the storyline and rather do things on my own and exploring.... which this leads to the fact that I hate when am interrupted. On Dekaron got interrupted by pkers when reading a story or quest board, luckily those were low level ones or unlucky when they got my rage up, was the moment when I realized how filthy my vocabulary can be ...lol.But anyways I would defiantly like to explore this Game without having the issues to slaughter or being hit by someone that only kills and not enjoying the full game as it should be. I heard that you can make that you can play Dekaron on single player mode, private server I think. I tried to Google but due to the vast information I end up even with pages that don't make sense or don't even have a connection with my search... found interesting recipes of dairy products though. Anyways can you please help me by telling me if there's a way to do this? Is it difficult to make that you play Dekaron on single player mode, so I can no to give this cause up.
