Who to save...

Here is a tough question that I read in an article on the internet. If your wife and child were drowning and you could only save one of them, who would you save? Thank God I have never been put in a situation like this but it made me think. What would I do...Oh God, what would you want me to do...

No man can really answer this question because there's no really right answer for this kind of question, but sometimes in life just like this question we need to make a choice even though it is hard to choose. Good day to you menace730! =)

I see this question as an example of God's sacrifice for our sake, we are drowning in sin like the one in the example, but instead of choosing one, He chose to save us all in exchange of His own life. All for Love! =)

Yes, moskitten I feel the same way. I was thinking about this question for a while and then I put myself as drowning with my child and my wife with this option of who to save. My thoughts are that I have already lived a life where I have loved and been loved but my child has not, so I would want my wife to save my child. It does not make it easier for the person who has to save someone but it's the only thing I could think of. I would gladly give my life for my wife or children as most people would. But geez...like I said I hope I'm never in that situation. Thanks for the response.
