Needless to say, having the healthy body is better than the skinny figure. Actually I never think that being skinny is attractive. I don't understand why some people have to push themselves to be so skinny. It doesn't make a sense.
I love China

The most attractive body is the one that suits your type (and the beholder's personal preference). Many people forget there are three different basic types of body: ectomorphs, endomorphs and mesomorphs.
Any type can be healthy but, for example, an endomorph will generally have more body fat than an ectomorph. That's just the way it is. Of course, you can do exercise that suits your type to aim for the form you want, but it's harder for an ectomorph to gain weight than it is for an endomorph. Mesomorphs build the classic look a lot easier (oh, those lucky people).
Personally, I think attractiveness comes more from inside than out. Someone can be skinny or overweight and, if it suits them and they're comfortable, a lot prettier than the person who maintains a 'perfect' weight. Even more important is personality: I would sooner be with someone who's smart, funny, interesting and looks 'different' than someone who's gorgeous and stupid.
