I am having sleeping at night.

I am a student, 21 years old who always needed to wake up early in the morning to prepare everything, but for the past few months I started having a hard time in sleeping at night, I always ended up until 3 in the morning still awake and that's make me fell feel dizzy at school. It was so bad for me and I cannot concentrate in everything. What do you think should I do? What do you think the reason why i started having this problem? I hate it so bad because I feel like I'm with this forever.

Maybe you're still doing schoolwork well into the night, even when you're already sleepy? Sleep comes in waves, if you don't catch it, you'll have to wait for the next one. Usually when you're using too much of your brain during this time, you can't fall asleep. Try to relax and not think about the problems. And I find that worry about not falling asleep makes it worse.

Thanks a lot swilz, Yes I have a lot of deadlines at school and I only have the chance to do that just every night, I see now why I am having a hard time to sleep. This time I will adjust my time and try to relax sometime. Thanks again.
