I have to give Arrow Exterminators a dumb up!

Well, as my yesterday discussion indicated, Arrow Exterminator wanted us to sign up this service on pest service which will cost around $70 per quarter. I have a little concern about it, since I paid around $250 per year for them to inspect our house to prevent termite invasion, why would I need to pay extra. So, I sent them an email last night, and I also called their local office to ask about. I think the receptionist doesn't know much, but she is willing to forward my concern to her manager. 10 minutes later, her manager called me back on my home phone, and explain the detail of yesterday inspection. It was totally separated service. The termite extermination service is totally under cover of that $250 per year, which I already paid. And the $70 pest service is against invading insects such as ants, spiders and cockroach, etc.... So, the termite treatment I already their technician come on over again next Friday, it is totally free. I like their service, since they care about customer's concern, and willing to spend time to explain to us. Well done, Arrow Exterminator.
